The new year is around the corner and in the soon-to-last 20__, there are so many memorable moments.
Annual Summary
I take up new work as a sales, which is both familiar and strange to me. Much difference from translation, this position is not only interesting but also full of challenges. Because things are not in your hands and
sometimes out of control, while if you could try to grasp buying point of customers, you would gain the upmost accomplishment. This is totally what I have felt and my eternal pursuit.
One year's accumulation(with colleagues’ help) makes me more mature both in attitude and personality. Every success would bring me a little more confidence; every encouragement would make me happy all day long; every positive smile in leader's eyes would make me more staunch. I would like to face the challenges and I am pleasant to conquer any
obstacles in work, in which process my potential seems to be unleashed. I like this kind of sensation and also I hope to win the friendship of all the colleagues.
New Year Wish
I believe 20__ will be my lucky year. I will live my life and do my job with enthusiasm and vibrant spirit. Try to bring the profit to company and meanwhile eich myself with knowledge.
P.S.: I like the collective activities very much, everyone would enjoy the happiness without bothering fussy work. While if we could play together more other than playing seperately, I guess it would be better for our solidarity and friendship.

通過近三個月的工作,使我對電梯的安裝、質檢、維保等有了更具體的認識和理解。
剛入職,進行了三級安全培訓,培養(yǎng)了我的安全意識。經(jīng)過安全理論和實操考試,使我加深了電梯安全操作規(guī)范。
后來,到了安裝工地,通過看安裝手冊和工人師傅安裝電梯,熟練的掌握了電梯每個部件安裝的來龍去脈,從井道測繪,放置樣線,廳門、導軌、轎廂等安裝,到后期的電氣件安裝和布線等,使我將零散瑣碎的東西更加系統(tǒng)的理解。通過安裝過程學習,我發(fā)現(xiàn)安裝過程中最關鍵的點在于開始的樣線放置,和局部部件安裝過程中要明白誰以誰為基準,一定要先把位置找對,以及后期校正非常重要。這次安裝實踐學習為今后能夠更好的勝任工作,打下了堅實的基礎。
安裝結束后,去了南陽大修。遇到了好多問題:如開門不平齊,地坎間隙都偏小,堵門不反開門,安全鉗開關不復位,廳門自閉力不夠門鎖接觸不良,雙杠等。這些問題在幾位大修師傅面前很輕松的解決,但有一個小問題花了好長時間通過排查最終找到原因。就是更換靴襯后,轎廂變動,使電梯在多層關門后廳門鎖不到位。這使我明白,在今后的工作中,會遇到各式各樣的問題,并不是每一種情況都能有把握去解決,因此一定要培養(yǎng)一種良好的分析問題解決問題的能力,將所學知識和技能歸類整理,以便后期使用快速解決故障。
接著,去了維保部。起初和徐朋飛一塊保養(yǎng)電梯,如:打掃機房、廳門、轎頂、底坑等衛(wèi)生,檢查緩沖器油位,更換靴襯,油盒加油等。讓我明白,做電梯保養(yǎng)一定要不怕苦不怕累。后期和徐鵬飛、王潤潔一塊去龍城年檢電梯,調整電梯舒適度和稱重調整,清潔接觸器,調整抱閘檢測開關,去中骨醫(yī)院更換鋼絲繩等,這期間增加了我們深厚的友誼。
最后,跟著魏杰去建業(yè)和煙草局檢梯子,熟練掌握了質檢流程,以及明白了一些不合格項該如何去調整。如:有一臺梯子如果轎廂壓緩沖器的話,滾動導靴會碰到漲緊輪板。原因是緩沖距過大,在緩沖器下增加墩子減小緩沖距即可解決問題。來南陽獨立檢梯子的時候,親身動手實踐,利用了之前掌握的技能,如:
(1)做完限速器安全鉗聯(lián)動試驗后,安全鉗未自動復位,打機房檢修,電梯動,到轎頂檢修,電梯不動。通過排查,是安全鉗開關未復位。
(2)還有一個是做完限速器安全鉗聯(lián)動試驗后,忘了復位電氣開關。機房檢修,電梯動,到轎頂檢修,電梯不動。到機房測安全回路,發(fā)現(xiàn)116處沒電,115處有電,得知限速器開關沒有復位。
(3)電梯顯示JU,到機房檢測,發(fā)現(xiàn)門鎖不通,短接廳門鎖,上轎頂檢查廳門鎖,發(fā)現(xiàn)14樓廳門鎖電氣觸點未接觸,最終發(fā)現(xiàn)是廳門自閉力不夠,轎門帶動廳門返回后,廳門自閉力不夠,不能帶動廳門繼續(xù)關門。
通過這幾個月的實踐,感覺自己成長了好多。最深的體會是今后工作過程中在掌握了扎實的理論后還要不斷加強實踐,完全掌握這門技能!
