　　首先，我想告訴大家的是，“火車跑得快，全憑車頭帶”。我雖不是白花叢中最好看的一朵，可是我明白，這是一個(gè)勇敢者展示自我的舞臺(tái)，所以我才想要競選班長這個(gè)職位，為同學(xué)們做出自我最大的貢獻(xiàn)。

　　“人不可貌相，海水不可斗量。”一個(gè)人的潛力是無窮的。在以前，美國的一位兒童平均成績一路下滑，可是他卻自強(qiáng)不息，勇往直前，最終成為了世界首富。

　　“一個(gè)良好的心態(tài)是一個(gè)良好的開端。”你想想，班長應(yīng)當(dāng)具備哪些條件呢做事的進(jìn)取性是必要的，一個(gè)人如果連這個(gè)都沒有了，這個(gè)人又怎樣能夠獨(dú)擋一面呢雖然上頭的兒童“死而后生”成了世界首富，可是他并不是一個(gè)好榜樣。請(qǐng)相信我，我必須盡我所能，給班級(jí)添磚加瓦，使班級(jí)成為整個(gè)年級(jí)的全優(yōu)班。

　　如果我當(dāng)選了，我必須改變班容班貌，使同學(xué)們的平均成績更上一層樓，使班主任少一份擔(dān)憂。可我明白，在我們這個(gè)人才濟(jì)濟(jì)的班上，比我好的人有很多，我很可能會(huì)落選，可是我依舊不會(huì)放棄，再接再厲。

　　我不會(huì)什么花言巧語，可是我期望大家為我投上寶貴的一票！請(qǐng)大家相信我吧！

　　雖然和參選的幾位工友相比，我的工齡不算太長，但一個(gè)人的專業(yè)技能不能與以工作的年限成正比，而取決于一個(gè)人的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，觀察事物和接受知識(shí)的能力，工作中我盡心盡力，恪盡職守，同時(shí)還向工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事學(xué)習(xí)，并用業(yè)余時(shí)間查閱于工作有關(guān)的資料和文獻(xiàn)，獲得了能擔(dān)當(dāng)這一職位的能力。
