大學英文演講稿青春理想 篇1
hello everyone! it is my great pleasure to share my dream with you today.
my dream is to become a teacher.
you know being a teacher is a thing that is very valuable and very interesting. i suggest that it must be a great fun to be with children all the day. and if i am a teacher, i can teach my students a lot of knowledge. they might become stronger and cleverer because of me. that is a very contented feeling.
china is a developing country. chinese are not that excellent in their intellegent. so teachers in china might be very very important. they can provide the society with a lot of successful people, and make china a better place.
do you think that i have a good dream? i will work hard to make my dream become true!
thanks~
Everyone has a dream. Now I'll talk about my dream i What is my dream? I often ask myself. When I was a little boy, I wanted to be a soldier with a gun so that I could defend our motherland.
Now I am a young boy with a new dream——to be a doc-tor. I want to be a famous doctor, helping the sick and saving their lives. Why has my dream changed? Well, at the age of 11 I was ill, badly ill. I was told that I had cancer. I had to leave both my school and my friends and go to the hospital. Every day I suf-fered the troubles caused by this illness.
I also saw some people who were suffering and dying of ill-nesses. I made up my mind to become a doctor, so that I can help the sick people and cure them of their diseases. China is a develop-ing country. She needs good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and lonely villages.
I want to try my best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an opportunity to receive excel-lent treatments for their illnesses without having to pay much or any money.
I'll do every bit to cure the incurable. I hope to see a world where there is no cancer, no Aids, no fatal diseases. I'm confident that through the joint efforts of you and me, man will put an end to his bodily sufferings and this dream of mine will one day be brought into reality.

my youth ,my dream
We all want to believe that we are capable of great feats ,of reaching our fullest potential .
We need dreams .They give us a vision of a better future .
They nourish our spirit ,they represent possibility even then we are dragged down by reality .They keep us going .
Most successful people are dreamers .
Dreamers are not content with merely mediocre ,because no one ever dreams of going half way .
When I was a little girl ,I didn’t dream of a life of stryggle and frustration .
I dreamed of doing something big and splashy ,something significant .I dreamed big .
But now ,I become realistic .
I have a dream that I can have my own firm one day .
Because I major in economic ,I can use my special knowledge to run the company .
When I have a lot of money ,I will donate some of them to help others .
My dreams are worthless ,my plans are dust ,my goals are impossible .
All are of no value unless they are followed by action .
Action is the food and drink which will nourish my success .
If I don’t take any actions to realize my dream ,it will become a fantasy .
When I was little ,I dreamed big .
It’s a pity for me that I didn’t do anything to approach it .
I always think that when I grow up ,I can take some actions .
But when I grow up truly ,I forget my dream and my ambition .
So I will not avoid the tasks of today and charge them to tomorrow .
For I know that tomorrow never comes .
Let me act now even though my actions may not bring success for it is better to act and fail than not be act and flounder .
Success will not wait .
If I delay ,she will become betrothed another and lost ti me forever .
I will take every effort to accomplish my dream .i won’t let it become a fantasy ,it is just my dream .maybe some years later ,it will become true .

Home Thoughts ,from abroad
Robert browning
1)
Oh,to be in England
Now that April's there ,
And whoever wakes in England
Sees,some morning ,unaware,
That the lowest boughs and the bushwood sheaf
Round the elm-tree bole are in tiny leaf,
While the chaffinch sings on the orchid bough
In England-now!
2)
And after April ,when May follows,
The whitethroat builds ,and all the swallows!
Hark, where my blossomed peartree in the hedge
Leans to the field and scatters on the clover
Blossoms and dewdrops ---at the bent spray's edge-
That's the wise thrush; he sings each song twice over,
Lest you should think he never could recapture
The first fine careless rapture!
And though the fields look rough with hoary dew,
All will be gay when noontide wakes anew
The buttercups ,the little children's dower
--Far brighter than this gaudy melon -flower !
