　　good morning,ladies and gentlemen!i am glad to stand here .i hope you can enjoy my speech and give me suggestions.my name is jack jones.i come from beijing , the capital of china.it,s a beautiful place which i am pround of it.so many people like to come to visit it.there are mang places of interests in beijing.for example: the great wall of china ,gugong and tiananmen etc.i am 14 years old .my hobby is watching movies and taking photos.i have a lot of photographs about my hometown, i will let my friends have a look at them someday . i am sure you will love the beautiful scenery. i also love to sing songs .my favourite stars are jeff zhang 、jacky chen and wanglihong. i want to be a friend of you !do you want to be my friends?

　　good morning/afternoon! first thing first, i gotta say,wow,it's funny thing to be given a chance like that.trurh be told,i really got a little bit nervous before i stand right here ,so called 'stage fright'.if you look specifically on me .you may find my hands shaking,pretty assembles the guy who suffered from pakinson's disease,and legs wobbling ,like i caught so-called ball leg. okay,let's stop going around the bush and get back to my topic today.i really like to talk a funny story i have just heard.a lady called lucy emigrated to united states several years ago.her spoken english is not that fluent .and one day,she is just sitting on the couch with his u.s friends mandy watching sit-com.a noise of bump had the attention of mandy,which led her to go out of the house trying to figure out what had happened.can you imagine that mandy go straight out with merely a sweater.so lucy shouted at her,"lucy ,turn your clothes on." what suprised her most,beyond her wildest imagination, is that almost all the male in this country took their head out of the window.admittedly,lucy made a mistake here .the word spitted means mandy is totally naked to the reason that male looked out of the window.the right sentence shall be,"put your clothing on."the story inspires you to take a careful look on the vast difference between eastern and western culture. that's full of it,thank you for your time!

　　敬愛的老師，親愛的同學們：

　　大家好!

　　今天我演講的題目是《改變不了環境，就改變自己》。

　　著名的文學家托爾斯泰曾經說過：“世界上只有兩種人：一種是觀望者，一種是行動者。大多數人想改變這個世界，但沒人想改變自己。”想要改變現狀，就要改變自己;要改變自己。就得改變自己的觀念。一切成就，都是從正確的觀念開始的。一連串的失敗，也都是從錯誤的觀念開始的。要適應社會，適應環境，適應變化，就要學會改變自己。

　　柏拉圖告訴弟-子自己能夠移山，弟-子們紛紛請教方法，柏拉圖笑道，說：“很簡單，山若不過來，我就過去。”弟-子們一片嘩然。

　　這一個世界上根本就沒有移山之術，唯一的一個移動山的方法就是：山不過來，我便過去。同樣的道理，人不能改變環境，那么我們就要改變自己。

　　一個黑人小孩在他父親的葡萄酒廠看守橡木桶。每天早上，他用抹布將一個個木桶擦干凈，然后一排排地整齊地放好。令他生氣的是，往往一夜之間，風就把他排列整齊的木桶吹得東倒西歪。

　　小男孩很委屈地哭了。父親摸著小男孩的頭說：“孩子，不要哭，我們可以想辦法去征服風。”

　　于是小男孩擦干了眼淚坐在木桶邊想啊想，想了半天終于想出了一個辦法，他從井邊挑來一桶又一桶的清水，然后把它們倒進那些空空的橡木桶里，然后他就忐忑不安地回家睡覺了。第二天，天剛蒙蒙亮，小男孩就匆匆地爬了起來，他跑到放桶的地方一看，那些橡木桶一個一個排列得整整齊齊，沒有一個被風吹倒的，也沒有一個被風吹歪的。小男孩開心地笑了，他對父親說：“要想木桶不被風吹倒，就要加重木桶的重量。”男孩的父親贊許地微笑了。

　　是的，我們不能改變風，改變不了這個這個世界上的許多東西，但是我們可以改變自己，給自己加重，這樣我們就可以適應變化，不被打敗!

　　在威斯敏斯特教堂地下室里，英國圣公會主教的墓碑上寫著這樣一段話：當我年輕自由的時候，我的想象力沒有任何局限，我夢想改變這個世界。當我漸漸成熟明智的時候，我發現這個世界是不可改變的，于是我將眼光放得短淺了一些，那就只改變我的國家吧!但是我的國家似乎也是我無法改變的。當我到了遲暮之年，抱著最后一絲努力的希望，我決定只改變我的家庭、我最親近的人——但是，唉!他們根本不接受改變。現在我在臨終之際，我才突然意識到：如果起初我只改變自己，接著我就可以依次改變我的家人。然后，在他們的激發和鼓勵下，我也許能改變我的國家。再接下來，誰又知道呢，也許我連整個世界都可以改變。

　　人生如水，人只能去適應環境。如果不能改變環境，就改變自己，只有這樣，才能克服更多的困難，戰勝更多的挫折，實現自我。如果不能看到自己的缺點和不足，只是一味地埋怨環境不利，從而把改變境遇的希望寄托在改變環境上，這實在是徒勞無益。

　　雖然我們不能改變世界，但我們可以改變自己，讓我們用愛心和智慧來面對一切環境。

　　親愛的同學，敬愛的老師：

　　大家好!

　　我要講的話題是環保，環保，顧名思義，就是保護環境。保護環境現在已經是全國最熱門的事，保護環境就是保護你們自己。現在的地球的污染日益嚴重：白色垃圾占地過多、污染水體、污染空氣、還患有火災的隱患。

　　美麗的地球媽媽，身上潺潺流動的小溪現在已經變得臭不可聞，蔥郁的樹林變得光禿禿，魚兒小蝦沒有了家，鳥兒也沒有了嬉戲之地……

　　人們打著環保的口號，卻有誰做得到?我們為了生活便利，為了安逸的生活，大量的砍伐樹木，工產的污水流入河中。美麗的地球媽媽漸漸憔悴，我們賴以生存的環境也失去了往日的光彩。

　　難道我們不應該做些什么嗎?

　　保護環境，人人有責。一點點隨手小事也可以給環境帶來保護。

　　大家好!我們每個人都有自己的生日，也都非常喜歡過生日，對吧?因為過生日不僅可以收到各種各樣的小禮物，還可以吃到美味的生日蛋糕。可你們想過嗎?過生日雖然我們很開心，可爸爸媽媽卻忙得很辛苦。你們想：爸爸媽媽工作本來就很累，還要抽時間買禮物、訂蛋糕……小朋友相聚在一起玩得很快樂，結果卻把家里搞得亂七八糟，爸爸媽媽就要花時間把家里重新收拾一遍。過生日要花錢，少的幾十元，多的甚至要花掉上百元，爸爸媽媽掙錢很辛苦，我們能忍心這樣花嗎?過生日并不是什么特殊的日子，只能說明我們又長大了一歲，應該更懂事，應該學會節約才對呀。同學們，在鄉下，還有很多像我們一樣大的朋友因為家庭困難上不了學，如果我們能把過生日的錢節省下來捐獻給希望工程，讓更多的小朋友能像我們這樣坐在寬敞明亮的教室里讀書不是更好嗎?
